David here, Hello.

I've owned this 50 acre property for 14 years, and have invested years in working with the community to develop plans for camping and light  recreational activities on this land that we love. Foxview abuts national forest, the Pacific Crest Trail, and endless wilderness, all just 10 minutes up the hill from vibrant Ashland, Oregon.

Forest conservation with a low-impact recreational business

My life in the last 6 years has been focused in New York with my sweetie.  As such, we listed Foxview for sale last year, but have come to  realize that what this land needs is a couple (that's us!) with the will and professional building skill to run several small crews (that's us!) to improve the roads, implement the US Forest Service's wildland fire protection and regeneration plan (which is an opportunity to produce over 10,000 board feet of rough cut lumber that can be utilized onsite or sold -- it just requires our will and skill), and create low-impact campsite areas that will generate cash flow by July 2023.

Over the last year, we've completed our home project in New York, and now my sweetie is  ready to head west together to love up Foxview over the next few months.  Our aim is to establish positive cash flow of the camping business for a year, and then take stock of what we'd like to do with Foxview at that point.
What excites us about Foxview is its wilderness beauty that's delightfully complimented by easy access to the wholesome amenities of Ashland. It's the best of both worlds. This region is a hotspot for people who love healthy lifestyles and the outdoors. Not surprisingly, Oregon is one of our nation's top camping destinations. Additionally, Oregon is the first state in the nation to support licensed psychedelic therapy programs. We are looking into the possibility of Foxview being designated as a Psilocybin Service Center.  It could work out that Foxview is able to support licensed therapists in this form of therapy, but that remains to be seen.
Now is the aligned time for us to tend to this project and see it through. Fortunately, I’m professionally experienced at operating all the  necessary heavy machinery and equipment for this project, along with professionally handling the engineering, electrical and plumbing.  Importantly, I am experienced in obtaining all the needed permits and permissions from the health department, county planners, and local  communities including the neighbors and Forest Service. I am years-deep into these processes already with Foxview.
